Returns & Exchange

• Due to the intimate nature of our business, no swimwear will be refunded.
• For any other purchases, you may exchange within 5 days of your order being delivered to your door or post office.  You may exchange for a different size of the exact same product as long as the product is still in stock
• If not, we will gladly provide you with a credit voucher.
• Email: Info@rockingroyal.co.za and one of our assistants will be in contact to process the credit
• You will need to cover the cost of return postage, meaning the credit will be loaded minus the courier fees.
• Products will need to be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unstained.
